Anthony “Tony” Lombardo

Senior Retirement Professional and National Director of Advisor Training

Tony works directly with selected clients while leading the training and development of 15 Minute Advisor professionals. He brings an education-first approach to retirement decisions, with an emphasis on making complex choices understandable and actionable.

A PLAIN-ENGLISH APPROACH

Helping families organize the decisions that shape retirement

Tony’s work centers on helping individuals and families understand how income, protection, healthcare, and legacy decisions fit together. His role is to clarify the tradeoffs, explain available approaches, and help clients make informed choices at their own pace.

Within The 15 Minute Advisor, Tony serves in two capacities: he works directly with selected clients and helps train professionals who serve 15 Minute Advisor households. This supports a consistent standard of preparation, communication, and consumer-focused education as the team grows.

EDUCATION AND RESOURCES

Planning before a crisis

Tony is the author of What’s the Plan If You Get Sick?, an educational guide addressing ways families may prepare for long-term-care and nursing-home costs outside traditional standalone long-term-care policies.

The guide discusses financial preparation, life-insurance and hybrid approaches, retirement-account considerations, Medicaid and Medicare questions, legal documents, and organizing important family information. It is educational only and is not legal, tax, healthcare, or individualized financial advice.
